Legacy Founders Cottage:
Legacy Founders Cottage is a licenced special care facility for people living
with AIDS in critical stages of their illness, who require 24 hour supervised
care. Hospice or home health care can be provided by an outside company to the resident as per their
wishes & other eligibility criteria.
Legacy Founders Cottage is a
spacious four bedroom home with a breezy front porch, antique stained glass,
hardwood floors, ceiling fans, gingerbread molding, & a blossoming serenity
garden designed for relaxation & quiet reflection.

Legacy Founders Cottage opened on May 12, 1996 & is partially
funded by grants under the Ryan White C.A.R.E. Act. It is a project of Legacy
Counseling Center, a not-for-profit, 501(C)(3) agency which provides counseling
services to people impacted by AIDS.
Legacy Founders Cottage Mission:
To provide comfort and care to individuals critically ill due to the conditions
related to AIDS in a home-like, loving setting.
